Privacy notice

How we handle personal information provided through this website.

This notice explains what personal information Energreen Solutions Ltd collects through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. It was last reviewed in September 2026.

Who we are

Energreen Solutions Ltd is the data controller for the information described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 14886709. Our address is 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, and you can contact us at office@energreensolutions.co.uk or on 0207 100 18 14.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry through the form on this website, we collect the details you enter: your name, your email address, and — where you choose to provide them — your telephone number, the property postcode, the type of survey you need, your preferred survey tier, your preferred date and time and the description of the property and the issue.

If you contact us by telephone, email or WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever information you choose to give us in that message.

We do not ask for payment details through this website.

Why we use it

We use the information to respond to your enquiry, to advise on the type of survey required, to provide a fee proposal, and to arrange and carry out any survey you go on to instruct. Where you become a client, we also use it to administer the instruction and to keep the records we are required to keep.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services and, once you instruct us, the performance of our contract with you. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them for anyone else’s marketing.

Who else is involved

Enquiries submitted through the form on this website are delivered to us by Formspree, a form-handling service, which processes the submission on our behalf in order to pass it to our email. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.

Beyond this, we share personal information only where we need to in order to carry out an instruction, or where we are required to do so by law. In a disrepair matter, for example, a report prepared for court proceedings will be disclosed to the parties and the court as the Civil Procedure Rules require.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies for analytics, advertising or profiling, and it does not use third-party tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure and available.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that do not lead to an instruction only for as long as we reasonably need them, and then delete them. Where an instruction goes ahead, we keep the file and the report for as long as we may need to rely on them, and for as long as our legal, insurance and regulatory obligations require, after which the records are deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete information where we no longer have a reason to keep it;
  • ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it;
  • ask us to transfer it to you or to another organisation, where that right applies.

To exercise any of these rights, please email office@energreensolutions.co.uk. We will respond within the time limits set by law.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so that we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the review date at the top of it.
